Thanks, actually, I am really a little bit confused.

I know that J1 two-year-service policy is an agreement between the two countries. Also I don't think it would be that easy either.

I can stay in the same program, since my supervisor is Chinese guy who likes me a lot. I think it will probably not be too hard to get a new J-1 from the company. The only thing that I am worrying about is if a new J1 will let me get rid of the 2-year-service stuff.
