I called USCIS customer service to ask

whether they can expedite my AP, because I need to visit my Mom. The representative told me that she was going to send a request, and I will get sth in 2 week(she said that I may get a letter to ask more info about why I need expedite AP). Actually I received my AP in a week, and they also send AP to me by DHL next day service. They send me a letter which told me that my request to expedite my AP was granted 2 days after I got my AP,

what I mean is that you may try to call USCIS to ask. good luck.
