关于J1豁免，救命急问

之前发过一贴。很着急，没有人回复且找不到。只有重发，抱歉。

各位好，我去年12月15日来美，J1身份在一家Software的公司实习。为期一年。现在已经过了6个多月。

我很喜欢这家公司，公司也应该对我满感兴趣。现在有希望得到H1B的工作机会。与此同时我也希望如果可能，申请美国的研究生院，继续我的学习。无论工作或者学习，我都愿意留在这里。

但是我一直担心J1的两年服务期问题。我是国内本科在读。所以Program结束后，我必须要回国继续学习半年拿到我的degree。但是如果我想毕业之后(05年7月份)马上回到美国，可以吗？

我的supervisor说我回国之后，只需要国内的关于这个program的相关部门开出证明证明该部门不再需要我服务，即可取继续签证F1或者H1b直接反美不需要任何的服务期限制。不知道是否属实。

在网上看到很多waive的说明都需要申请人在美一年以上。那1年的J1岂不是不可能被waive?那这些一定要在美国办吗？如果我回国之后，是否就意味着我一定要遵守两年限制哪？

我的情况与大多数人不同。我是必须要回国，但是我想提前于两年回来，请问我能做些什么吗？
