能否申请EAD卡，在12月以后。我是EB2，2005年9月

请教各位，我是副申请人，485 PENDING，排期是2005年9月，EB2，可以在12月递交EAD和AP的申请吗？因为排期退回到了03年1月。谢谢回复。
