Radiology, Xiaobaitu, etc., Please help! Thanks!

I am H4-I485 pending( AOS)- H-1b. The last time to enter U.S. used H-1b VISA. Now I am applying for a renewal EAD card. How to complete the following 2 items of I765 form?
14, Manner of Last Entry (Visitor, Student, etc.)
15, Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)

Should I complete this 2 by using H-1B, or AOS?
