加国移民求救！关于宝宝的immunization record

月初收到护照，可是也有两张immunization record （我家有两个宝宝）。要求宝宝们打过的免疫针被“qualified health professional" 填一下，还要certified. 我上周写email询问immigrational officer, 一直没有回音。哪位好心人能告诉该怎么办理？我们计划月底登陆。
