公司从没让我填I-9表，从没过问我是否合法工作，问题严重吗？

倒是帮办了H1b.
现在手头有EAD和H1b.
没I-9表是否说明鱼民局没我的记录（即不是EAD,也不是H1b工作）？

要不要拿菜刀逼他们给表我填？
