I129 question 7 part 4 for H1 question

My hu*****and is filing I-129 for H1B petition from his company. He has applied for 485 with me, and has A# already. In I-129 part 4 question 7, it asked whether an immigration petition has been filed. Since we don't want his company know the fact, can we check "no"? In case that we must check "yes", can they we leave the a# empty? Will this affect latter the approve of I129?
