(1) 申请的时候说了一个月，实际回去45天，入境时有没有麻烦？
- No

(2) 回来时护照有效期只剩下5个月，不到6个月，有没有问题？
- You may not be admitted, or you maybe admitted with I-94 good through your passport expiration date. Better renew your passport in advance.

(3) AOS身份，H1失去后没有转H4，需要带上EAD吗？
- Not necessary.
