Name Check clear后一般多快能批485？

我的485receipt date是去年11月6日。
上周五去Infopass被告之name check cleared on Oct 16,2007.
一般还要等多久才能拿到绿卡？
下面还有什么费时间的步骤吗？一定要转到local office吗？

公司不景气，日夜盼着早点绿。
