请教xiaobaitu 关于AOS485 pending 是否在中国作体检

朋友在美国４８５pending.
他老婆最近回了中国用AP，想住几个月。
他们name check 时间很长，所以最近file law suit. 然后估计有了效果，USCIS昨天通知他们重做体检。请问老婆是否要回美国做体检，还是可以在国内指定医院做，这样就不用马上回美国了。如果在国内做是否会影响485
