Congraluations!

I filed my I-140 and I-485 based on EB-1B in October 2006. I-140 was approved in July 2007.

1st FP in December 2006.

Since then, not update online status.

Went to InfoPass last month and was told that NC (both my wife and mine)were not cleared yet.

Any advise to push the NC and 485 approval?
