急！急！急！！我该怎么办？

我140和485在05年9月就递了，140很快就批下来了。但485一直在NC，没有消息。
现在我用H1B在一个教育机构做postdoc,最近老板突然要走，我不得不找工作。
好不容易找到一个公司里的工作，我现在的H1B不能transfer,因为没有cap，申请EAD卡要大概3个月，公司那边急着要人，不可能等我那么久，如果不能在一个月里上班就要撤回offer.
我该怎么办？急S了！请求高手出主意！万分感谢！
