I was EB1-B. I submitted 140 and 485 at the same time in October 2006. I-140 was approved in July 2007.

I checked USCIS website and did not see any change of status.

Two weeks ago, I visited InfoPass and was told that NC was not cleared (pending). Both my wife and mine are pending.

Do you have any idea on pushing the NC?
