No need of 主申请人雇主证明. Provide following documents (in order):

1.A check of $340.00 for renew (application) fee

2.An original Form I-765

3.A copy of Form I-94 Departure Record (front and back)

4.A copy of your last EAD (front and back)

5.Two passport-style color photos (name and A# on the back)

6.A copy of Form I-485 receipt notice

7.A copy of Passport picture page
