I485 FP inclear 3s, anyone has similier experience?

I am EB3 and 485 was sent by Nov 2004. PD is 12/02

Today I called the TSC using POJ method. I was told that my FPs not clear. I did 3 times FP so far. The girl told me to go to local infopass to get a personal interview...?

Anyone has similiar expeience?
