请问, H1B transfer pending, 能用EAD吗?

LD是H1B transfer 在现在的公司工作, 还在pending等待批准. LD已经有了EAD. 现在有另外一家公司想要LD, 问题是能用EAD到新公司上班吗? 正在Pending的H1B transfer 怎么办呢? 多谢了!
