I-140 RD Aug 10, approval notice Aug 20.On line ,still pending ?

I got I-140 approval notice on Aug20, it also wrote RD Aug 10. (EB 2).

Today, I checked on line , my case haven't been updated since Aug 10 (still pending).

NSC hasn't updated for almost 3 months?
