挺奇怪的LUD，请帮忙看看

我的485 pending，EAD刚批两周，AP这几天LUD两次：10/30, 11/01。奇怪的是前一个
单位的H-1B（6/2006-7/2007)也在11月1日LUD，status变成了"Case reopened or
reconsidered based on USCIS determination, and the case is now pending."

Online notice 说“We reopened this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER
on October 31, 2007, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also
mailed you a notice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow
any instructions on this notice. Our review should be completed within 30
days. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need
something from you.”

不知道为什么USCIS要reopened or reconsidered前一个单位的H-1B? 谢谢！
