You have very strong backgroud.If you can not immigrate to Canada,many people can not.

(1)I don't think the immigrate officer will call you boss in china if you work reference letter is certified.

(2)whether or not you should take 雅思 is decided by by immigrate officer.But I think you don't need to take since you have Master Degree of Canada

(3)just put your 表姐 on the list of 亲戚.
