J1 will leave the U.S., but the IAP66 is not expired. And the J1 will change the visa to entry the U.S. again. When will the J2 stay in the U.S.illegal?
1.When the J1 leave even though the IAP66 is still not expired?
2.When the J1 change the visa after leaving U.S.?
3.When the IAP66 is expired even though the J1 has left the U.S.already and changed the visa?
