Received GC finally and my story

NIW 140 to Vermont receive date 2005/07/05
140 approve date 2005/09
485 receive date 2005/08/11. 2007/03 transfer to TX. 2007/05 second FP.
2007/10/30 website update on my daughter’s saying “On October 27, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION….”
2007/10/31 website update on my wife’s and mine saying “On October 30, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION….”
2007/11/1 afternoon, received the CARDs instead of the notice letter for my wife and mine. Still waiting for my daughter’s.
Checked with local Infopass several times and was told “name check pending…”. Wrote to senators and Mrs Bush on 2007/08/23. Received a phone call from the officer from the CIS headquarter in D.C. on 2007/09/24. He is in charge of the monitoring the justness of the Process. It was a long conversation. Believe it or not the office did not know what NIW is. He first asked my sponsor company. I told him my case is in NIW category and no need a company. He said it is impossible ask me if I have a job or not. I told him I am working for “S” company… finally thank god; he knows the outstanding and special ability categories. Then I convinced him that I don’t need a company. Then he said I could not submit 485 before my 140 had approved. I persuaded him that it was only true after 2005/10… then he told me that the other problem with my case was that I have two approved I-140. my the other I-140 was sponsored by a company in California. It turned out that CIS put someone else’s 140 who has the exact same name in my case. Finally, the officer told me that he would cross out that I-140 from my I-485 and everything is fine for me. He said your background check is clean and PD is current and I was supposed to get approved shortly. Finally he said call the CIS again if you don’t hear anything in another 90 days.
One week later, I received a letter from TX and said we received the transferred letter from Mrs. Bush and investigating your case…. Call again in 90 days…
Last week, I called the CIS again. The phone was transferred to the headquarter again. Another officer asked every detail of my case and said your case is severely delayed. She let me call again if I don’t hear anything in 15 days. And yesterday, we found two cards in our mail box.
