父母延期加急

眼看父母I-94上的期限就要到了，现在延期还没有被处理。我想能不能给USCIS发传真要求加急？请问大家有没有这方面的经验。加急的理由可以说些什么？我们的申请在加州处理，请问传真号。谢谢了。
