I never succeed in checking namecheck status!!!

I never got any luck in checking namecheck status. How come there are so many people got the NC status by calling USCIS?

I followed one of the suggestions: 1-800-375-5283---1-2-2-6-1-case#-1-1-3-4. The numbers after the case# was not even valid!

Can someone provide any more infor? Thanks sooooooo much!
