I made online application. I did get the case number and bar code, but I did not sent the formal application by paying the application fee. Should I wiat until I get the positive notification from Chinese Embassy about the "No Objection Letter" or just go ahead to send the formal application documents and the application fee to DOS? Thank you very much!
