老公拿到绿卡，我还能去吗？

（1）这种H1的话有无不批准的可能性？
（2）如果我也拿到了H4,就在我即将去美国的时候，他的绿卡最终批下来了，我当然是不能加入绿卡申请了，但是我还能持H4前往美国并且合法居留吗？
