急， 请pjiang, xiaobaitu 等大侠帮帮忙！

今天刚从HR那里得到晴天霹雳，俺一家8月13日file的case因为律师没有在一张支票上签字， 上周给退回啦！ 他们立即给Refile了。

为了绿卡，当初放弃了多个offer,自己喜欢的公司，辛辛苦苦在这个小公司2年；
办绿卡自己都联系好中国律师啦，公司HR却不让！LD和幼子花了3万多飞到美国。
到头来竹篮打水一场空， 命也，运也。


现在只想问问两位大侠，这样情况下有救么；如果没有救，早做打算啦，毕竟
拖家带口！
