急问小白兔和其他高人, I140被拒

EB2 RIR (同时file I485), PD 11/3/04, 原因是ability to pay (reference once, 老外律师说材料没问题,就没向公司要新材料, 只是argue了一下).

我还有一I140 approve, EB2 PERM, PD 11/9/2005,因为排期没file I485, 律师建议"file a Motion to Reconsider but based on the fact that you have another EB2 approval and is now current" 或 "file another adjustment of status application based on this approved EB2 petition".

请问他说的两种方法哪个好些,还有没有更好的方法.
