AUSA, within 60 days after receive the complaints and summons, will response to your complaints. Typically Judge will NOT do anything before AUSA response, so give them a chance to argue. There is no limit on how quick the Judge need to rule for complaints, but they have to response within 2 months if you file MSJ (motion for summary Judge)
