How long does it usually take to receive the physical card after

I saw my online 485 status changed to 'card production ordered' on 10/27/2007 yesterday. And today it is saying on 10/29/2007 card was ordered. My question is how long does it usually take to receive the card from such a notice? I am trying to book an air ticket. It has been 7.5 year since my last visit back home :(
