1 如果申请新的H1，移民局是否是注意申请人在不满180天换工作，在申请H1的过程中会不会有麻烦？
There is not a rule says about 180days. It is just based on the common sense.
（前后两份工作都是non-profit组织）在以后的485审批中会不会的麻烦？
It is different way.
新H1申请一递交上去，在等待审批期间是不是不算是out of status?
You are in the AOS, so it is not out of status. If you worried about it, just use EAD.

2 如果用EAD工作，以后是否会被因为在递交485不到180天就用EAD工作影响绿卡审批？
