1,NC有2-3个月就完成的

2，建议向议员办公室索取FBI回信的copy,确认无误后用infopass约appointment,如果IO还是说NC没有完成，就出示此信，这样通常很快就可解决。另外如果被转local面谈的，一般还有其它疑问，先确定该疑问已经解决

3，他本人必须回来，亲自去local CIS
