1. In theory, anyone can file WOM for I-485 once your case pending over 2 yrs, in reality, some district will be very tough (not necessary mean impossible, but sometime so much effort to win one case, people prefere to wait), some district will be very easy, partically if there is Judge opinion favor plaintiffs.

2. since USCIS made mistake with your A#, this will make your case stronger than others.

3. if your wife's case still pending, even with NC clear, you still should put her as defendant, since you will sue both FBI and USCIS.
