1) 你能申请到 ESV 仅仅是去取签证？
2) 考虑过在北京签 H-1？
You don't really have to take a trip just to fetch your visa. Your attorney is a person full of imagination, and hopefully your expenses incur are covered.

Again, nothing to worry about but be patient.
