请教小白兔和其它高手, Prevailing wage

get my LC certified from BEC at the end of september. It's industrial engineer with wage level IV. The PW is $92k. However, if I check the OES from labor department website, the pw for IE is $81k. everyone think the 92k is wrong. however, since it's certified, nothing can be done to change it.

this makes the LC unuseful since my current wage is $82k. It will be extremely difficult to let company promise matching $92k after I-485 approval since it's unreasonable pw. what should i do now? someone recommend to refile LC using PERM. I don't think this is the best way to go. i have waited the LC for 5 years. really don't want to re-start from beginning. Any suggestions? if i change my job title 6 months after I get receipt of 485 within my group, do i still need to match 92k pw?
