she had deal with prosecutor. I do not know if "判递解" was included in the deal. I bet she would try best, because it was the most important thing, much important than jail time.

American law is very flexible, especially when the other part is government. It is said that it is very easy for government to arrest a person, but very difficulty to prove it (例如,李文和案). So the prosecutor is very willing and like to make deal with accused.
