急急急！Is this I485 receipt valid?

急急急！My wife sent her I485 only for 2 weeks(in July).She came back to china when she got her mom was ill. So far, she is still in china and takes care of her mom. but, recently, i received her I485 receipt. Is this I485 receipt valid? you know, Before she get I485 receipt, she left.possibly, immigrant officer is too busy, he didn't realize. Is this I485 receipt valid?
