LUD and NC

485 pending almost 5 months, got a LUD two days ago, contact TSC via POJ, the lady told me someone had reviewed my case on that LUD day, but my Name Check is still pending. Don't know if can trust what she said, why they review the case is NC not cleared? Any commend will be highly appreciated.
