Anyone Back to the US with AP From Canada airport?

Need Help!Thanks in Advance!!! This is my first time to use AP. I will be back to the US from Vancouver with AP. In Vancouver, US Border Protection has a post there, they will check the valid documents to enter the US. After the passenger bording the plane, it will be considered as domestic flight. Once the airplane arrives at the US, there will be no more checking. My question is : 1)
Will they let me sign the I-94 card at US Border Protection post. I know I-94 card is very important for us to stay in the U.S.

2) OR, they just put a stamp in my AP
3)OR They let me sign I-94 and put a stamp on my AP.
