show EAD card to HR or not (H1B)

I applied I485 and EAD from my company. Days ago got the EAD card, and our company's atterney got the EAD notice also, and they are asking me to forward a copy of the EAD to my company's HR. Will that cause me as being 'used EAD card'and changed to AOS status then? Should I show EAD card to our HR, though they paid for the application?
