I did 2nd FP anyway.

I had same situation. I asked attorney and went infopass twice. The IO told me that this would not affect any application. He also told me that this happened to many people recently. I also called NSC and the CSR said that they would combine the cases together when it approaches processing date. Here is a link posted recently. I don't know if it is true.
