VSC FP notice late 2003 filers

Does anyone know what is happending with I-140/I-485 concurrent applications filed after June/July 2003?

Has anyone received your first finger print notice?
My cases were concurrently filed in Sept 2003. So far I have received EAD, AP, I-140 approval but no FP notice... Anyone in the same boat? Please shed some light if you know what is happending... Thanks.
