关于父母的退税问题

大家好,我第一次写贴子.我想请教大家,父母退税必须在美国待183天以上,是否包括183天.我父母今年6月4日到美国,回程日期应该是12月3日,刚好183天,如果12月4日离开美国,是否会影响他们的下次签证? 谢谢大家.
