Do not depend too much on this 移民论坛 for info. My NIW was filed in June 2002 and was approved in Dec 2002 and 485 was filed in Jan 2003. I am still waiting. My classmate almost shares same. My classmate gradauted from ee-bekerley-UC and now working as an assistant prof in NC.
