父母只想在美国呆半年,绿卡能办下来吗?

办到一半回国, 有什么后果?

If using AP, how long they can stay in China?
- No regulation on the issue, while excessive stay abroad may affect I-485 adversely

Can they stay in China until they get GC?
- Like above, it's fine if the I-485 is approved just a couple of months after they leave
