I don't think they really care about the appointment time. My hu*****and's appointment was 10am, mine was 11am. Both of us went to office around 9:30am. The office didn't look at the appointment time at all. We filled up the forms and waited for about 20min.I guess they only care about the date, not the appointment time. Don't worry. Take your time and drive safely!
