请教各位老师关于TN签证递交485后的Status

我现在持TN签证,刚刚收到485的Receipt. 律师正在为我renew TN签证. 是不是TN签下来的可能性很低? 如果TN 签不成, 我是不是只能使用EAD 啦? (而且EAD 也还没收到. 因为同时交的140 和 485, 不知何时可以收到)

如果用了EAD 以后, 我明年还可以申请 H1b 么?

而且如果用了EAD以后, 还能为父母申请探亲签证了么?
