打电话给USCIS要求了REQUESTSERVICE， 会有NOTICE寄过来吗

我的140 已经过了TSC 处理日期一个月，我的律师打电话给USCIS要求了REQUEST SERVICE。我今天刚去INFOPASS问我的NAME CHECK的情况，顺便让查了一下140的情况。那个IO说，1我有一个NOTICE2天前发给我的雇主了。不知道是因为那个REQUEST SERVICE 给个NOTICE 还是我的140 有结果了。我当然希望是140有结果了。请问有经验的兄弟姐妹，REQUESTSERVICE后通常 会有NOTICE寄过来吗？
