1、用所谓30天policy回来，有问题吗？
We went to Canada and returned w/o any problem. Just have your I-485 receipts with you, though nobody checked it in the boarder.

2、有人说没拿到AP就出境，视作放弃131，更有邪乎的说等于放弃485，哪种正确？
Well, our AP were pending at that time. But we got the approval after return. This might just be our case, though.
