回复：7/3filer,485,131收据已收到，PF已做，但是AP依然pending

目前是H-1b（入境是几年前的F-1 visa，转的H-1b，I-94号码相同），11月必须去加拿大landing，如果拿不到AP就去，有什么风险？

1、用所谓30天policy回来，有问题吗？
- maybe ok if you take I-485 receipt with you

2、有人说没拿到AP就出境，视作放弃131，更有邪乎的说等于放弃485，哪种正确？
- I-131 is abandoned

3、去加拿大算不算出境？
- you really think Canada is the backyard of US?

4、7/3 filers有多少人拿到AP了？
